How It Works

Once the system is in place you can login from any authenticated device. If you are working from a scanner attached workstation you simply enter any identifying information and storage location. One button scanning will enter the information and save the document.


Once the document or image is entered into the system you have a variety of management and search capabilities that give you easy, secure access to the file.


The administrative modules allows you to edit document mete-data and copy, move or delete documents either one at a time or entire batches.


The search module allows you to find documents by a variety of criteria including:

  • Scanned By
  • Date
  • Batch Number
  • Key Words (with OCR)
  • Personalized meta-data
